Nurturing Programme for Therapists


 

We are introducing a new programme specifically aimed at therapists. As a therapist, you probably know how important it is to take care of yourself, and how your own self-care impacts how effective you are in your treatments of others. We also know how easy it is to neglect ourselves. At Day of Women, our intention is to make it as easy as possible for you to take care of yourself. We have created a programme that is designed to give you a regular retreat experience without the cost or time out you would normally expect from a retreat. We have designed a programme to help you schedule time for yourself in the company of other like-minded therapists.

The nurturing programme offers a variety of meditations, energy shares, heart opening exercises, and practices which focus on your receiving, as well as mutual support processes. Each session lasts for between one hour and two hours and is offered at regular day and evening times throughout the week. More information about our programme is below.

The programme is located in Barnes with free parking available. The sessions take place in a relaxing and intimate space where you can feel comfortable and at home.

This is a wonderful opportunity to relax and receive regular self-nurture and self love which we all know is so beneficial to the soul. We include time for socialising and networking should you wish, so you can also benefit from sharing experiences and learning from others. This builds a support network that also encourages wellbeing and will support the work you do with clients. We are regularly seeking therapists to get involved in offering sessions at our retreats. Joining us at the Barnes Day of Women sessions gives us an opportunity for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you.
